Margie Kestner Gray ...

is passionate about serving others in their journey to discover their life’s purpose and how to BE their contribution. She has focused on connection and communication throughout her career. Margie earned a bachelors degree in Speech Communication from Bradley University with a business minor and went on to develop and produce corporate theater and business communication programs for some of the country’s largest corporations.
A Master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado gives Margie a view of the human experience that bridges psychology and spirituality. The focus of her degree is in Authentic Leadership and Coaching. This field of study, her independent work and a commitment to continually learning and growing supports her own professional, personal and spiritual journey.

Margie’s passion is supporting individuals and organizations in the journey to reach their potential by tapping into their authenticity. She works with individuals and organizations that know there is something more for them but either don’t know what that is or simply don’t know how to get there. She supports that discovery process as a personal and executive coach and organizational consultant.

Margie is a board member, consultant and facilitator for the non-profit organization, Stone Circle: A resource for women’s spirituality. She also facilitates programs on the topics of “The Gift of the Moment: Being Present to Ourselves and Our World,” “Unlocking Personal Power with Affirmation,” “Meditation and Mindful Awareness: Accessing Our Authenticity,” “Transformative Ritual: The Key to Social Change and Healing,” and “Everyday Ritual: Tapping into the Sacred.”

is an effective leader with over 15 years of management tenure within the Call Center environment of Fortune 500 companies. Overall areas of experience include Start-up, Front-line Customer Service Management, Training Management, Workforce Management, Project Management, Process Development and Re-engineering, as well as Workforce Development and Recruiting. Having developed a reputation as a strategic
innovator who balances realities of contact center operations with a focus on bottom-line productivity, Jackie is also a skilled coach and trainer. He believes that success in business is derived not only from having the right strategies, processes, and tools in place, but also through ensuring that employees receive the support and development they deserve.

Jackie received his BBA with a focus in Business Management from The University of Texas at Tyler. His commitment to lifelong learning led him to earn his MBA from The H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

International experience is another element that Jackie brings to the table. His background includes Call Center operations for a Joint Venture based in Tokyo focused on the Japanese market, as well as onsite experience in the UK for a European based clientele. In addition, Jackie has extensive experience in offshore operations for a major financial services firm. His efforts in offshore operations include captive process migration, vendor program management, knowledge transfer, and performance management.

Jackie is an active member of both the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), and Florida Citrus Sports, a not-for-profit membership organization benefiting charities and educational institutions.
